Advice and support for businesses
On 22 February 2021 the government announced further business support grants for those businesses that are forced to remain closed due to the national restictions.
If your business was forced to close at the start of the 2nd lockdown (5th November 2020) and has either remained closed or was forced to close again due to the Tier 4 restrictions (31st December) AND you have applied for and received a grant under either the LRSG (closed), LRSG (closed) addendum scheme and the one off Closed Business Lockdown Payment you do not need to subit another application. We have your details and will make an additional grant payment as soon as we can.
These further grants will cover the period 16th February 2021 to 31st March 2021 (44 days).
The amount you get depends on the rateable value of your premises:
|Rateable value of premises||Grant payment|
|15,000 or under||£2,096.00|
|15,001 - 50,999||£3,143.00|
|51,000 or over||£4,714.00|
There is a high volume of grants to process and we ask for your patience as we undertake this technical work.
