In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations in 2013 you have 14 days from acknowledgement of the terms and conditions to request cancellation of the service. If you want a refund, please contact us.
There are no refunds or part refunds if the service is cancelled part way through the year. If there is evidence that you are misusing the service, then the service may be cancelled. There will be no refund in these circumstances.
