Bobby Ball is back in Fleetwood by popular demand!Published Thursday, 13 September 2018
Following a sell-out show and rave reviews last year, Bobby Ball is bringing his play The Dressing Room to Fleetwood once again.
On Wednesday 19 September at 7.30pm, Bobby will be joined at Marine Hall by an all-star cast including Tommy Cannon, Stu Frances, Ann Marie and Johnnie Casson.
A unique comedy play, The Dressing Room gives the audience a sneak preview into life behind the scenes. Touring by public demand, the hilarious comedy play, written by Bobby Ball, combines sitcom with variety and comedy. Part play, part variety show - a whole night of great entertainment!
Set backstage in the dressing room, each act waits their turn to be called to stage. One by one they make their performance before returning to the hub of activity where the gossip and misunderstandings continue.
Talking about the show, Bobby Ball comments, “We had such a good time at Marine Hall last year, the play went down really well with the audience – so we’ve decided to come back!
“I always describe the show as part variety, part play – or playriety as I like to call it! The cast all perform their own variety act, but the play also shows the audience what life is like backstage. They get to hear all the gossip, what we think of the audience, how we think our performances went – all the stuff you don’t usually get to see.”
Tickets are £17 and are on sale now. Call our Box Office on 01253 887693 or book online at www.marinehall.co.uk
