Wyre Council is working with Blackpool NHS, and Blackpool and Fylde Councils to help bereaved parents cope with the loss of a baby.
A remembrance service will be held on Sunday 4 December at 3pm in the Baronial Hall at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens, where there will be a small candle lighting ceremony. If you would like to light a candle and are unable to attend, then please send a stamped addressed envelope to:-

Following the annual remembrance service, Wyre Council has yet again provided special memorial Christmas trees for Poulton and Fleetwood cemeteries within their Baby Gardens of Remembrance.
Poulton’s tree, at Garstang Road East, has been kindly sponsored by Moons funeral service and two trees at Fleetwood Cemetery, Beach Road, byJP Dell funeral service and JTByrne funeral service.
Please note the trees will be removed by 3 January so decorations will need to be removed before then.
