Wyre Business Expo took place at Marine Hall in Fleetwood.  At this Wyred Up event there were over 50 exhibitors from across the Fylde Coast, and beyond, showcasing their products and services. 

The Expo highlighted the diversity of businesses in the area.  Exhibitors were across different business sectors from electronics, to food, marketing and business services and consultancy.  There was plenty of networking, new partnerships and contacts made at the event. 

Exhibitors included Myerscough College, Blackpool and the Fylde College, Links Signs & Graphics, Marketing Lancashire, Luxsun, Fleetwood Town FC, Spa on the Breck, Northern Rags, Discover Wyre, Rabbit Patch, Love My Beach, Federation of Small Businesses, Print Plus, NW Lancs Chamber of Commerce, Builders Supplies and many more.

Councillor Peter Murphy the Planning and Economic Development Portfolio Holder at Wyre Council commented: “I have spoken to most of the exhibitors here today and it is great to see such a diverse range of businesses from Wyre and beyond. It has been a successful event with lots of networking which will help with the growth of Wyre businesses and the Wyred Up network.

Spa on the Breck’s Manager Frances Bewley commented: “The event has been absolutely superb.  We have made lots of new contacts and launched our new corporate packages for the Spa and bubbles and facials promotion”.

The social media presentations from Richard Singleton of whY-us? Sales Marketing Management solutions were well received by the business audience.

“It was a very good event “said Jane Littlewood of the Rabbit Patch “It was lovely to see all the different businesses sharing knowledge and visitors from across the area.  

Boost Business Lancashire’s Jaydee Davis commented “we have been speaking with businesses with high growth potential about our mentoring, funding and workshop services.”
