Lancashire’s Community Action Fund Published Friday, 21 August 2015

Lancashire's Police and Crime Commissioner is urging local groups to bid Community Action Funding.

Clive Grunshaw, Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire, is offering grants to organisations that help him achieve his priorities of protecting vulnerable people, championing the rights of victims and tackling crime and reoffending.

He said "I am committed to working with local resident and community groups to support them in making where they live a better and safer place.

"My Community Action Fund is designed to provide small grants to assist groups in tackling local concerns and helping to deliver my priorities in their area.

"My Community Action Fund is open to all local groups and organisations with a constitution and I will consider all applications within for weeks of receiving them."
