Challenging a PCN
Should you wish to challenge your PCN please complete the follow the advice provided by Lancashire Parking Services.
Ten minute grace period
Wyre Council operates a policy which allows a 10 minute grace period (15 minutes for blue badge holders in marked disabled bays) before a penalty charge notice is issued. This prevents charges being made for being just a few minutes late back to the vehicle.
The grace period will apply only to vehicles parked correctly on any of the council's car parks; vehicles parked incorrectly (for example in disabled bays without displaying a blue badge) will continue to receive instant PCNs with no grace period.
