Answer:

 

No, but dogs are excluded from :

  • All Children's Play areas (Fenced/or not) within the Borough of Wyre
  • All marked Sporting areas within the parks and Bowling Greens within the Borough of Wyre
  • All Cemeteries (with the exception of Fleetwood), Gardens of Remembrance and Cenotaphs within the Borough of Wyre
  • Pilling Lane End Amenity fenced conservation area
  • Rossall Point/Beach Road Amenity Area
  • The Family Area within the Wyre Estuary Country Park
  • Broadwater Wood, Fleetwood
  • Euston Park, Fleetwood
  • Fleetwood Beach from 1st May to 30th September each year from the east side of the slipway opposite to the end of Promenade Road eastwards to the west side of the site of the former Fleetwood Pier
  • Cleveleys Beach from 1st May to 30th September each year from the north side of the groyne opposite the end of Beach Road to south side of the groyne northwards
